●       Refund Eligibility: If a student is not satisfied with the teaching or services within these first 15 days, they may request a refund of the fees paid.

●       Non-Refundable Charges: The Registration Fee (Admission Fee) is strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund.

●       Post-Trial Period: No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances after the completion of the 15-day trial period (from the 16th day onwards).

2. Cancellation Terms

●       Voluntary Withdrawal: If a student chooses to discontinue the course after the 15-day window, any fees paid (including installments) will be considered non-refundable.

●       Installment Policy: For students paying via installments, previously paid installments will not be refunded, though future installments may be cancelled upon formal withdrawal.

3. Refund Process

To claim a refund within the 15-day trial period, the following steps must be followed:

●       Written Application: The student or parent must submit a formal written application at the Manthan Tutorials office.

●       Original Receipt: The original fee receipt must be attached to the application for verification.

●       Processing Time: Once approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via bank transfer or cheque.

4. Study Material & Resources

●       If any books, digital resources, or study materials have been issued to the student, the cost of these materials will be deducted from the refundable amount as they cannot be returned or reused.

Important Note

Management reserves the right to modify these terms. In cases of disciplinary action or misconduct, the student may be dismissed without any refund, regardless of the trial period.
